This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and the NervePro web servers are private and secure; messages will be forwarded to the proper individual by the front office person screening it. Complicated questions and comments about sensitive or personal matters are better addressed in person as an office visit or by phone conversation. Simple questions such as requests for lab results, correspondence regarding billing questions, request appointments, or to check on insurance company approvals are very good uses of the e-mail system.

In addition, for any billing department questions, you can now email them directly at billing@nervepro.com, where email will be checked on a weekly basis, usually on Wednesday afternoon.

Phone Messages:
In the event that the phones are unusually busy, your call may be diverted to voice mail and you may be prompted to leave a voice message. Messages are checked each hour through the day. It is much better to let us know that you have called than to hang up. The office computer system allows for messages to be entered into your chart, with any notes regarding phone conversations to be typed directly into your confidential medical records. Phone calls are returned when the schedule allows during the day; patients being seen in the office generally have priority unless the call is deemed urgent . If your call is of an urgent nature, please be sure to inform the receptionist. Life or death emergencies should immediately call 911. This allows the emergency department to stabilize the situation and contact us for further instructions.
